Inn at Deerfield (The)
Job DescriptionThis is a leadership position. The executive director is responsible for budget preparation and oversight, maintenance of the facility, public relations, and fundraising. The executive director works in a collaborative manner with the administrator, who has overall responsibility for day to day operations. |
Responsibilities:
The Executive Director is responsible for the financial well being of The Inn at Deerfield through budgeting while working with the board of directors and individual departments. Serves as The Inn at Deerfield’s liaison for public relations. Plans and organizes fundraising. Oversees all facility related maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related field or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years experience with a nonprofit organization preferred.
Reports to:
Board of Directors
Position Supervises:
Supervises administrative office manager, bookkeeper, food services director and custodian.
Hours:
Salaried position based on a work week of 25 hours.
