The Executive Director is responsible for the financial well being of The Inn at Deerfield through budgeting while working with the board of directors and individual departments. Serves as The Inn at Deerfield’s liaison for public relations. Plans and organizes fundraising. Oversees all facility related maintenance and repairs.
Master’s degree in a related field or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years experience with a nonprofit organization preferred.
Board of Directors
Supervises administrative office manager, bookkeeper, food services director and custodian.
Salaried position based on a work week of 25 hours.
